Alors, rejoindre notre team Managed Services est la bonne place pour toi Pour créer des relations durables avec les clients, nous intégrons des développements internes et des logiciels de tiers dans nos services. En tant qu'équipe, nous assurons le bon fonctionnement, le soutien, l'entretien, la maintenance et le développement des solutions. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients et responsable de la communication interne au niveau opérationnel.

    CE QUE VOUS POUVEZ ACCOMPLIR

    • Vous examinez les demandes des clients, les classez et coordonnez leur traitement au sein de l'équipe et veillez à ce qu'elles soient mises en œuvre avec succès, garantissant ainsi la satisfaction du client.
    • Dans la fonction d'interface, vous reconnaissez les défis et les opportunités de nos clients en ce qui concerne les applications, les logiciels intermédiaires, les bases de données et l'infrastructure (cloud).
    • Vous connaissez bien le paysage IT du client et assurez avec votre équipe le fonctionnement du système dans le respect du contrat. La gestion et le suivi des accords de niveau de service font partie de votre routine.
    • Vous travaillez selon des normes définies pour les processus et les faites progresser dans les projets existants et futurs.
    • Vous identifiez les potentiels d'optimisation et d'amélioration et prenez activement des mesures

    COMMENT VOUS RÉUSSISSEZ

    • Études correspondantes ou qualifications comparables dans le domaine des technologies IT et expérience professionnelle correspondante.
    • Expérience de la gestion et de la fourniture de services IT.
    • Idéalement, connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet
    • Très forte orientation client, service et équipe
    • Apparence assurée et confiance dans la communication avec les clients
    • Haut niveau d'expertise technique et de compétences analytiques
    • Idéalement, une compréhension de l'interaction des technologies web avec les bases de données et les infrastructures (cloud).
    • Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral). Une bonne connaissance de l'allemand est un avantage.
