- Contribuer à la prestation de l'ensemble de nos services en Suisse romande
- Intégration de nos solutions avec les autres technologies du bâtiment, assurant une compatibilité et une synergie optimales pour nos clients
- Gestion des commandes et conseil à notre clientèle
- Agir en tant que référent technique (en interne qu'en externe)
- Assurer le service après-vente et le service de piquet
- Responsable de la bonne exécution de nos services Connectivity en Romandie, ainsi que d'une expérience client optimale
- Collaboration étroite avec nos partenaires et les services IT de nos clients pour une implémentation efficace de nos solutions, garantissant ainsi une intégration fluide
- Réalisation d'analyses détaillées des flux énergétiques des bâtiments, couvrant divers domaines tels que le CVC, l'eau, le gaz et l'électricité, afin de garantir une connectivité optimale
- Programmation et configuration de la connectivité des bâtiments avec le Cloud (NAVIGATOR), facilitant ainsi une gestion à distance efficace et une optimisation des performances
- Développement et gestion des accès distants de nos installations, assurant leur sécurité et leur accessibilité maximales pour nos clients
- Assurer un service après-vente de haute qualité, sans permanence, pour répondre aux besoins des clients et garantir leur satisfaction continue
- CFC électronicien (orienté multimédia, fort atout)
- Quelques années d'expérience dans le domaine du bâtiment (détection gaz et/ou sonorisation, CVC un plus)
- Très bonnes connaissances des composants et réseaux informatiques
- Respecter les directives de qualité et de sécurité au travail
- Gérer les priorités et les délais, de manière autonome
- Personne dynamique, consciente de ses responsabilités et avec une haute qualité d'organisation
- Langue maternelle française, bonne maîtrise d'allemand un plus, anglais oral souhaité
