Descripcion General:

Votre fonction consistera à accompagner nos clients à adopter les méthodes agiles (SCRUM, XP, Lean, Kanban, ) au travers la réalisation de projets en tant que SCRUM Master.

Perfil:

Votre Profil:

Niveau Académique:
De formation Grandes Ecoles ou Bac+5, vous possédez la certification Professional Scrum Master I ou II est souhaité.

Qualifications Techniques:

Vous bénéficiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire idéalement dans le pilotage de projets utilisant les méthodes agiles et les concepts orientés objets.

Vous maitrisez les approches SCRUM, XP ou Lean.
Vous maitrisez également les démarches d'intégration continue et Test Driven Development.
Votre Anglais est courant (lu, écrit, parlé).
Vous disposez d'un très bon bagage technique.

Vous disposez de qualités managériales certaines, vous avez le sens du relationnel et du service client avec une rigueur et un sens des responsabilités de haute fiabilité.

D'un naturel curieux et ouvert d'esprit, vous êtes à la fois autonome et aimant travailler en équipe, vous souhaitez prendre en charge la réalisation de projets enrichissants sur le plan humain et technique et vous avez l'esprit entrepreneur avec l'ambition de faire évoluer votre carrière
