- Führen und entwickeln unseres Quality Control Teams (4 Mitarbeiter)
- Planen, entwickeln und umsetzen von Strategien und Projekten für das Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. Entwicklung einer Quality Testing Policy in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Normen)
- Verwalten, koordinieren und kontinuierlich verbessern von Qualitätskontrollprogrammen zur Gewährleistung höchster Produktionsqualität
- Erarbeiten, verbessern, umsetzen und überprüfen von Spezifikationen für Produkte und Prozesse, einschliesslich der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
- Unterstützen bei der Erreichung von Qualitätszielen und -vorgaben sowie von Aktivitäten zur Ermittlung, Erklärung und Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen (Abweichungen und CAPAs)
- Labormanagement (interne und externe Labore)
- Beaufsichtigung des Lieferantenmanagements sowie der Kalibrierungsmanagementprogramme
- Durchführen von Qualitätsschulungen/funktionsübergreifenden Schulungen für das Qualitätsmanagement sowie für andere Abteilungen
- Unterstützen bei externen und internen Audits, leiten der Vorbereitungsaktivitäten im Vorfeld solcher Audits, überprüfen der Auditergebnisse sowie verfolgen der Umsetzung der Ergebnisse aus den Audits
- Technische Grundausbildung in Kombination mit einer Weiterbildung im Quality Management
- Alternativ ein Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder Ingenieurwesen
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, hohe Sozialkompetenz, empathischen Fähigkeiten
- fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gut organisiert, selbstständig und stressresistent mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Lösung von Problemen sowie zur Entwicklung von Strategien
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Change Management ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung mit Lieferantenmanagement
