Leading innovation and lifecycle projects within our Reality Capture Division
Leading crossfunctional teams from preBusiness Plan through to Product Release
Coordinate the planning and execution of the project tasks to ensure the project goals are reached
Integrating test management to support and ensure high quality standards are met
Provide regular progress updates (written and verbal) to project stakeholders
Support the continuous improvement of our processes within the organization as a whole
Engage with and support adjacent projects and teams to help optimize the delivery of project programs and systems within the overall project portfolio
Be a role model within our organization, helping to create a motivating environment in which team members can develop and utilize their full potential to deliver high quality products

This is you:

Own a high motivation level, being result and quality driven and a flexible team player with customer focus
Use your strong soft skills for inspiring your teams and creating an open environment in which everyone loves to participate
Not shy when it comes to resolving conflicts
Have project management experience in hardware development with a good understanding of software development too
Passionate about delivering high quality
Have a followup mindset without falling into the controlling trap
A confident communicator, able of providing clear direction to project team members as well as accurate concise feedback to relevant stakeholders
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions
Love working in an international environment and appreciating different cultures
