- Fachliche und personelle Führung der zugeteilten Abteilung
- Bedarfsgerechte Planung des Personalbedarfs- und der nötigen Produktionsanlagenkapazität
- Leitung oder Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von neuen Produktionsprozessen und Anlagen
- Unterstützung und vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung nach Lean-Grundsätzen und Schaffung der entsprechenden Kultur über die Abteilung
- Erstellen, Prüfen und Überarbeiten von Produktionsrelevanten Dokumenten inklusive Sicherstellung des Anweisungs- bzw. spezifikationsgerechten Arbeiten
- Mithilfe bei der Durchführung der Produkte- und Prozess-Risikobeurteilungen
- Kundenseitige Kommunikation bei ausserordentlichen Produktionsvorkommnissen resp. fördert entsprechenden kundenseitigen Austausch
- Abwicklung von kundenseitigen Reklamationen und internen Produktionsabweichungen, durchführen von Ursachenanalysen
- Aufbau, Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstruktur
- Erhalt und Weiterentwicklung der abteilungsspezifischen Schulung sowie Förderung des Qualitätsverständnisses
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP-Produktionsbereichen (Medizintechnik / Pharma)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium technischer Fachrichtung oder äquivalente Berufserfahrung (sur dossier)
- Hands-on Mentalität, nahe am Puls der Produktions-Prozesse
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Wort und Schrift (Niveau: Deutsch B2, Englisch B1)
- Führungserfahrung, geübt im Umgang mit multikulturellen Produktions-Teams
- Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und koordinative Fähigkeiten hinsichtlich einer kostenoptimierten Produktionsleistung
