Beschreibung

Honeywell is looking for a Service Consultant for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division for Milan to grow our Service business by selling new service contracts across different vertical markets.

Honeywell Building Solutions is a $2.5B strategic business unit inside of Honeywell's Global Building Technologies Business.

HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities connected, safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide.

Tasks

  • Achieving annual orders quota target by closing new maintenance contracts while adhering to pricing and sales policies.
  • Identifying, targeting, and qualifying new customer acquisition opportunities to continually increase the base of service customers.
  • Work in a team environment with Project Managers, Field Service Professionals, other Sales Representatives and supporting functions (estimation, legal, supply, etc.)
  • Work with Business Consultants to create Service Proposals embedded in new install opportunities.
  • Promote Building Performance Services internally and externally.
  • Develop highlevel customer relationships, understanding their operational issues; develop an opportunity strategy that will address those issues.
  • Develop relationship with top Facility Management Companies in Italy, identify the offering that can help them to improve productivity or end user satisfaction and from then build effective plans to work on new opportunities.
  • Formulate a clear and appealing vision of what the customer/supplier relationship will be and a strategy for getting there, engaging HON leadership to actively support the management of customer executive levels when needed.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and initiatives involving customer's competitors.
  • Identify innovative and unique ways in which HBT can help customers bring more value to their customers.
  • Ability to travel across Italy.

Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree in business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in service sales roles requiring consultative selling.
  • Significant quota carrying sales experience and proven quota attainment at or above 100%.
  • Speak fluently in English
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire, Security, and Energy Management.
  • Building Automation / Smart Buildings industry market experience
