For our client we are looking for a committed and strong personality as

CLM Project Manager 100% (m/w/d):

Your challenges

Provide support to legal teams in strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, optimization, and simplification of the CLM solution.
Report directly to the Lead Counsel, Legal & Integrity Service Center
Takes on the role of legal project manager overseeing the decentralized implementation of Conga's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution
Collaborates with legal teams worldwide to define and develop contract templates and approval workflows.
Works jointly with IS Project Managers and the global Salesforce team to define all project plan documents, including scope, costs, and schedule.
Ensures strict adherence to execution best practices and the companies policies throughout the project's execution.
Efficiently monitors and controls project progress, resource utilization, and costs.
Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project's duration and ensures formal project closure, as contractually agreed.

Your skills

Possesses 510 years of extensive project management experience, with a strong involvement in overseeing largescale corporate transformation projects.
Holds 13 years of proven project management expertise in successfully handling Conga CLM Implementations at prominent organizations, with at least one successful implementation completed within the past 18 months.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in Conga's CLM solution and contract repositories in general.
Exhibits a track record of effectively managing project scope, costs, and schedules.
Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification being advantageous. Additionally, having project management certifications such as PMI, PMP, or Agile is highly desirable.
Embraces a collaborative and solutionfocused approach, showcasing strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses fluency in written and spoken English.
