- Leitung der Budgetierung und Finanzprozesse
- Massgebliche Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Forecasts des Departements, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit den Instituten
- Erstellung von regelmässigen Reportings der Einheiten des Departements sowie von Ad hoc Auswertungen
- Mitwirkung in der Finanzstrategie und im Reservenmanagement des Departements
- Unterstützung und teilweise Vertretung des Departementkoordinators in strategischen und operativen Themen für verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien
- Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit den Forschenden und Mitarbeitenden des Departements sowie zentralen Stellen der ETH Zürich

Bereiten Ihnen betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen und vielfältige Aufgaben in Finanzthemen Freude? Als Controller:in unterstützen Sie den Departementskoordinator und den Departementsvorsteher bei den verschiedensten operativen und strategischen Finanz- und Infrastrukturthemen, die in einem grossen Departement tagtäglich anfallen. Ebenso übernehmen Sie selbstständig die Verantwortung für folgende Themen:

Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen idealerweise über einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss auf Niveau FH oder Uni und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im universitären Umfeld mit, idealerweise als Controller:in. Vernetztes Denken fällt Ihnen leicht, ebenso wie der Austausch mit anspruchsvollen Anspruchsgruppen. Sie haben eine grosse Affinität und Enthusiasmus für Zahlen und Kommunikation auf allen Komplexitätsebenen, sind sehr dienstleistungsorientiert sowie flexibel und belastbar. Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Loyalität, Diskretion und Lernfähigkeit. Sie arbeiten sehr gerne eigenverantwortlich aber auch in interdisziplinären Teams, sind transparent, aufgeschlossen und bringen eine selbstständige sowie exakte Arbeitsweise mit. Der geübte Umgang mit IT-Applikationen und die Anwendung von MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, und SAP-ähnlichen Applikationen) sind für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ihr Start erfolgt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.
