    Beschreibung
    • Développement et mise en place des stratégies d'approvisionnement pour les composants électroniques clés en tenant compte des tendances du marché, des risques d'approvisionnement et des besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise.
    • Développement du portefeuille de fournisseurs et gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs de composants électroniques et négocier des contrats favorables.
    • Établir des partenariats stratégiques sur le long terme avec les fournisseurs notamment dans des situations de demandes tenues et volatiles,
    • Supervision du processus d'évaluation des fournisseurs tout en assurant la conformité des normes qualité et conformité réglementaire,
    • Étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie dans le but d'évaluer les spécificités techniques des composants et recommander des alternances le cas échéant toujours dans un objectif d'optimiser les coûts pour la productivité annuelle et réduire les délais.
    • Gestion des risques d'approvisionnement en mettant en place des plans d'action,
    • Analyse et suivi des tendances du marché des composants électroniques,
    • Supervision des processus d'approvisionnement et de gestion des stock afin de garantir la disponibilité des composants tout en réduisant les coûts de stockage.
    • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master dans les achats
    • Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans les achats de composants électroniques spécifiquement sur les composants complexes type : ASIC, CPLD et FPGA
    • Une expérience dans le secteur automobile est un sérieux atout,
    • Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion des relation fournisseurs,
    • Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données marché
    • Connaissance du processus de gestion de catégorie et de ses applications pratiques,
    • Forte orientation résultats,
    • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations et des normes de l'industrie des composants électroniques.
    • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (C1 minimum), d'autres langues sont un atout,
