Your 'day to day'

For our Advanced Procurement team in Switzerland, we are therefore looking for a Manager Advanced Procurement Consumables.

In this position you will:

Develop and implement Advanced Procurement strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiations, respect of confidentiality, IP and supplier relationship.
Own Advanced Procurement contract and supplier relationship lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Product Function in terms of Innovation and product development to ensure supply base development, supply security, sustainable sourcing and scalability supporting make/buy decision and "right cost at launch".
Implement and drive Supplier Enabled Innovation process with Product Function.
Sourcing of potential suppliers that provide electronic components, new technologies and/or new capabilities fitting to Technology and Product Development roadmap.
Ensure Procurement Stage Gate deliverables are complete and on time.
Drive the cost/price development and visibility over the life cycle of the developed products.
Initiate and manage relationship with strategic suppliers.
Drive the procurement of material, substrate and equipment over the Development phase and optimize prototype purchasing.
Ensure smooth transition of suppliers/categories from Advanced Procurement to deployment Procurement functions.

We're looking for someone with:

Deep procurement experience from highly international and competitive organization within the FMCG or innovative electronics industry, preferably from industries with technical components and complex design and engineering contents
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills (Engineering, Finance)
Analytical skills, creativity, and strong negotiator
Seasoned experience in "design to manufacturing" and "design to cost" tools in a global sourcing context being exposed to new technology introduction in business where new product launch is a key business factor
Able to establish winwin and longterm relationship with supplier
Capacity to deal with ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty
Ability to work under pressure, patient and resilient with an easy, calm manner
Standalone and selfdriving attitude
Fluent in English and at least another European Language
