- leading the development of briefs and communication materials on combustion and aerosol topics to be used internally and externally.
- reviewing materials related to combustion and aerosol science for smoke
- free products.
- engaging with external scientific experts in the field of combustion and aerosol science.
- Communicate the science behind non-combusted and smoke-free products at both internal and external events to a variety of audiences, including scientific experts, key scientific opinion leaders, regulatory and fiscal authorities, and media.
- PhD in the field of physics, chemistry, or engineering, preferable in combustion and aerosol science.
- Substantial experience in the field of aerosol or combustion science, preferably related to smoke-free products or biomass applications, demonstrated experience in consolidation and communication of aerosol or combustion science for various external audiences and purposes.
- Sound expertise in carrying out and coordinating scientific work with third-party research organizations.
- Expertise and knowledge in fundamental principles behind aerosolization, smoke formation, heat and mass transfer, combustion science, thermochemical degradation of biomass.
- Strong knowledge of tobacco and smoke
- free products.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to motivate others.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
