You will join the Engineering team working on tobacco and filter making cigarettes & packaging (for Combustible Cigarettes & Smoke Free Products) based in our Manufacturing site in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
You will work closely with our Project Coordinator Innovation who is coordinating all the projects related to innovation of the product and process improvements.
- Willingness to experience production environment (manufacturing, maintenance, QA support) in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Experience and competencies in Quality Assurance (MQA) would be an asset
- Technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment as well as manufacturing processes would be an asset
- Competencies in project management
CHALLENGES:
'
- Ensure adequate planning and scheduling of test's activities taking into consideration manufacturing business priorities
- Coordinate all resources allocated to tests and trials in order to meet with manufacturing requirements customer's expectations.
- Deal and negotiate with all stakeholders ensuring all tests/projects are realized and timely achieved, in respect of all internal rules in place (EHS, QA, Manufacturing)
- Results oriented
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Lead and coordinate improvement projects/tests related to all manufacturing process (tobacco processing, filter making, cigarette making and packing)
- Ensure the planning and the scheduling of the activities (including operational organization) within the manufacturing center premises, manage the supplies (DIM's, row materials) and finished products resulting from the tests.
- Guarantee interdepartmental and interentity communication and coordination for manufacturing tests.
