With over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management, I am a seasoned leader and strategist who has successfully designed, launched, and scaled multiple product lines in the European region.

My mission is to drive growth and customer delight with 360° marketing and innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

My career has been a blend of technical expertise and strategic marketing leadership, starting from R&D to industrialization and engineering, where my scientific rigor and project management skills have consistently contributed to my success.

In the last decade, I’ve pivoted towards Marketing and Product Management, driving over 50 product introductions in EMEA and leading marketing strategies for over 300 product lines, culminating in more than EUR 150M of revenue. This experience has honed my skills in strategy development, product lifecycle management, and integrated marketing planning, all while maintaining a strong focus on revenue development.

As a seasoned team leader, I am known for my strong communication skills and my ability to inspire engagement in ambitious projects. My hands-on approach and customer-centric mindset have been instrumental in the diverse roles I’ve undertaken throughout my career.

My education background in Engineering has been completed by diverse trainings in project management, product management in B2B markets and Leadership, which have served perfectly my career growth to date.
