- Erarbeiten von Kreditanträgen und Botschaften
- Bauherrenvertretung bei Bauvorhaben
- Projekt- und Bauleitungsaufgaben im kommunalen Hochbau und im Umweltbereich
- Entwicklung (Portfoliomanagement), Betrieb und Unterhalt des kommunalen Hochbauportfolios
- Vollzug der kommunalen Aufgaben im Bereich Umwelt und Entsorgung
- Arbeiten administrativer Art (Ausmass und Baukontrollen, Protokollführungen, Budgetierungen/Investitionsplanungen) und Controlling der eigenen Projekte
- Koordination und Leitung der Hauswartdienste
- Fachausbildung im Hochbau und allenfalls Umweltbereich
- Leitungs- und Berufserfahrung, Bereitschaft, sich neuen Aufgaben zu stellen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
- Verwaltungserfahrung und Abschluss als Bauverwalter von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen EDV-Produkten wie MS-Office, CMI AXIOMA, Innosolv, GWR
- Team-, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Gewandtheit in mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdrucksweise
- Selbständiger, exakter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil; Einsatzfreude und Belastbarkeit

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden Gemeinde Windisch suchen wir einen Bereichsleiter Hochbau und Umwelt m/w/d (100%).
Eingebettet in eine faszinierende Landschaft hat sich die Gemeinde Windisch nicht nur als attraktiver Wohn- und Arbeitsort, sondern zusätzlich auch als ein weit über die Region hinaus bekanntes Bildungszentrum positioniert. Die sehr gute verkehrstechnische Lage ermöglicht einen Aktionsradius bis in die Agglomerationen aller Grossstädte im Schweizer Mittelland und in der Nordwestschweiz.
Die Abteilung Planung und Bau leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Attraktivität der Gemeinde als Wohn- und Arbeitsort. Sie erfüllt Aufgaben der Projektentwicklung und der Projektleitung von Hoch- und Tiefbauvorhaben und stellt deren Unterhalt und Betrieb sicher. Zudem trägt sie die Verantwortung über die Prozesse im Baubewilligungsverfahren, in der Raumplanung, im Umweltschutz sowie im Verkehr.
