- Montage juridique des placements collectifs de capitaux de droit suisse pour lesquels CACEIS (Switzerland) SA agit en tant que direction de fonds ;
- Suivi de la vie juridique des placements collectifs de capitaux suisses (transformations, fusions, liquidations) ;
- Rédaction / mise à jour de la documentation juridique relative auxdits placements collectifs (prospectus et contrat de fonds);
- Prise en charge des requêtes en approbation et en modification de placements collectifs de capitaux auprès de l'Autorité de surveillance des marchés financiers FINMA.
- Prise en charge et suivi des procédures dapprobation des placements collectifs étrangers auprès de l'Autorité de surveillance des marchés financiers FINMA ;
- Rédaction et mise à jour des contrats de représentations desdits placements collectifs.
- Rédaction et mise à jour des contrats-type encadrant les prestations rendues aux clients de CACEIS (Switzerland) SA, en tenant compte des évolutions réglementaires et/ou des procédures internes et/ou des contraintes dordre opérationnel, en particulier : contrats de coopération, contrats de gestion, contrats de banque dépositaire, accords de confidentialité, contrats dadministration de placements collectifs de capitaux, etc.
- Veille réglementaire et conseil juridique:
Assure une veille réglementaire et rédige des notes de synthèse ;
Assure un conseil juridique pour les différents services ; - Conduit des études juridiques ;
- Participe aux travaux des équipes mutualisées ou pôles dexpertise du groupe.
