We are looking for an intern to strengthen our teams in the Legal department in Nyon. Kepler Cheuvreux's Legal Department covers Legal, Litigation and Corporate in all countries where Kepler Cheuvreux operates.

YOUR TASKS:

As part of the Legal team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of its files and on all ongoing projects via, but not exclusively, requests for analysis on legal issues, the preparation and review of documentation, ad hoc research, and participation in legal monitoring.

Assist the Legal team on the documentation related to Market Operations:

Negotiation of investment service providers' terms and conditions, liquidity contracts/mandates/shared commission contracts, etc.

Proofreading and analysis, with the help of a more senior lawyer, of various contracts such as client contracts and intragroup agreements, etc.
Negotiation of investment services contracts based on validated models (e.g. corporate brokerage agreements, structured products distribution agreements, direct market access agreements, research, general terms and conditions, etc.);
Negotiation of supplier contracts;
Legal monitoring

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Knowledge of corporate law, business law and banking and finance law
Master's degree in Banking and Finance/ Business Law
Excellent organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness, discretion, confidentiality, ability to synthesize, openmindedness, listening, adaptability, responsiveness, good interpersonal and service skills
Ability to work in a team Commitment, sense of initiative
English and French essential
Good command of office automation tools
A good knowledge of the markets and financial professions would be a plus.
