A client that Finders know intimately so can help explain the culture to any prospective, suitable applicant for this exciting client relationship management role at the junior/mid-level.

Your background should ideally be from a family office or another type of institution that understands the business, such as a trust company.

Those who are ACCA-qualified or studying towards, combined with the customer service, client service experience, as well as strong on all the administration that goes along with it, is the ideal type of profile.

Would suit someone used to hard-working, Anglo-Saxon working style with like-minded high flyers, who are down to earth, humble and grounded.

As the company continues to grow it's Geneva office, this position of junior client relationship manager, is working within a medium-sized front office team reporting to the local Senior Client Relationship Manager of the Family Office in Switzerland.

This role also involves close and regular interaction with Directors/Managers within the Family Office and also with external clients and business contacts together with all members of the Family Office Client Support Service, Banking and Compliance departments.

The role entails developing and managing client relationships by providing professional advice/support and expert high-level administration.

The role also involves assisting the more senior Relationship Managers and Directors as regards ongoing business development and administration of client affairs.

To keep in mind that this role, whilst an exciting front office position dealing with client service, can be very administratively burdensome.

You will be doing all the more exciting tasks listed below, but also having to be involved in aspects such as workflows on the Family Office's systems, the payment of invoices, the opening and closing of bank accounts etc.

Perhaps also doing some excel spreadsheets and reporting too.

You will be able to advance quickly and the more experienced relationship managers will give you more responsibility at any time You can for example be included in interesting trust/company structures (which hold properties, private equity investments, other investments), dealing with how the assets are structured across different jurisdictions (according to different company, trust and tax laws), the setting up of companies etc.
