- Funktionsübergreifende Koordination zur Organisation des Transports mit externen Dienstleistern
- Abschluss der korrekten Intercompany-Rechnung
- Einwandfreier Abschluss des Auftrags
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen Auftragsabwicklung, von der Durchführung und Bearbeitung der Sendungen an internationale Partner nach dem DIH-Vertriebkonzept bis hin zur Fakturierung von Aufträgen und Produzenten, und der konzerninternen Fakturierung an die Regionen für Geräte und Ersatzteile
- Koordinierung der ordnungsgemässen Verpackung der Waren, Ausstellung der Transportdokumente und Pflege der Beziehungen zu Spediteuren
- Sicherstellung der internen Drehscheibenfunktion zur erfolgreichen Koordination/Überwachung von Produktions-, Liefer-, Installations- und Schulungsterminen über alle beteiligten Abteilungen hinweg, einschliesslich der Klärung mit Kunden und Vertriebspartnern weltweit
- Organisieren und Koordinieren von Transporte zu internationalen Anlässen; Versenden von Vorführgeräten auf einer temporären Basis mit Carnet ATA an potentielle Kunden bis hin zu einer eventuellen Endverzollung
- Bearbeitung von Themen zum Ursprungsmanagement von Artikeln (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf), Zolltarifkodierung, Trade Compliance, Incoterms 2020 etc.
- Abschluss in internationalem Handel und Wirtschaft oder Logistik (Schwerpunkt Aussenhandel, Abwicklung von Export/Import und innergemeinschaftlichen Lieferungen o.ä.)
- erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export und Logistik, im Auftragsmanagement und/oder Transportmanagement weltweit und innerhalb der EU
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und Affinität zu technischen Produkten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) und gute IT Kenntnisse (Office-Tools)
- Zu den Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen gehören Flexibilität, Eigenmotivation, Ehrlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
