Student Junior HR Project Manager % (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Creation of Sharepoints, communication material and project plans to support the collaboration of the global project team
Organization of onsite workshops and online meetings, as well as and coordination of schedules
Support for participants' travel arrangements such as visa requirements, accommodation and other logistics
Common administrative tasks such as invoice management and processing, office logistics and workplace set up
Data preparation and analysis to support different HR Process Owners
Research on new innovations and market trends in the field of HR transformation and HR technology

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

You are currently completing a part-time degree in business administration, economics, hospitality or applied disciplines
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a company and acquired knowledge within an organization and process flows
You enjoy working with international colleagues and are a winning personality who can form networks through open communication
You bring a high degree of initiative, a structured way of working and networked thinking
You have an affinity for tools & systems such as SAP, Office 365 and describes yourself as a digital native
You feel comfortable in a multicultural and global matrix organization
Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
