- Préparer et contrôler les trolleys (Bar et Transport)
- S'assurer que la qualité et la quantité des repas fournis sont conformes aux exigences des clients et que toute modification de commande a été mise en œuvre.
- Charger et décharger les avions selon les procédures et gérer le retour matériel
- Effectuer la livraison des Last Minute
- Respecter les normes de sécurité (interne et externe)
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène (HACCP, SOP,...)
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus et méthodes de travail (5S, 8 wastes, Daily Patrol,...)
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients (CREW et station)
- Expérience en tant que chauffeur livreur et dans la préparation de commande
- Expérience dans la restauration un atout
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum)
- Méthodique, précis et rigoureux
