- Efficiently managing front desk reception duties
- Handling phone calls, including bilingual (French and English) call transfers
- Promptly responding to emails and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Previous experience (3 years) as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
