- Coordinating and supporting the activities of the Energy and Materials Industry Communities, and ensuring efficient operations
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of qualitative industry communities and related activities in a timely manner
- Developing and owning the deployment of tools to ensure alignment and consistency of Energy and Materials industry communities' approach to our industry community members and their strategic engagement in our activities
- Serving as the team's point of contact for the management of Forum-wide internal processes and activities relevant to the Energy and Materials industry communities
- Working with other teams across the organization to ensure digital tools are being efficiently deployed and used by the Energy and Materials Clusters, and that external stakeholders have a seamless experience engaging with the Forum
- Supporting the development and successfully maintaining internal databases, knowledge tools and team records; providing research and organization support to team as needed
- Providing support for the maintenance of the Energy and Materials industry communities' records in our systems and databases (e.g., Governors and Strategy Officers Communities)
- Supporting the planning and execution of team meetings and internal projects; providing general administrative support as needed
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of the team by supporting and coordinating industry communities' activities and making best use of current and future process and digital tools
- Ensure seamless execution of industry communities' activities and workshops and support the participation of the industry communities in Forum events
- Respond to requests in a timely manner, provide administrative support as needed and ensure industry communities' records are kept up to date
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and streamlining of the team's process and approach
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related area preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on strategy coordination, project management and process improvement
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of senior executives and their staff with confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, project and time management skills, and possess high attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic
