    Das Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle ist optimal gelegen, in der Nähe des Flughafens Zürich als Teil der brandneuen Destination, innerhalb vom Circle. Unsere Gäste überlassen jedes Detail getrost uns und können sich damit während ihres Aufenthalts auf das konzentrieren, was ihnen am wichtigsten ist. Das Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle ist ein Ort für diejenigen, die das Leben in vollen Zügen genießen und unterwegs sind, ein Ort, an dem man vorantreibt. Das Circle Convention Center ist direkt mit dem Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle verbunden und umfasst über 2800 Quadratmeter flexible Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsräume.

    Einleitung

    Wir sind das erste Hyatt Regency der Schweiz im CIRCLE am Flughafen Zürich. Das Hotel hat 255 Zimmer und Suiten und das Circle Convention Center ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Es umfasst über 2800 Quadratmeter flexible Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsräume und kann bis zu 1500 Gäste empfangen. Mehr Infos gibt's hier –

    Night calls Aber ein bisschen Tageslicht solltest du bei uns auch bekommen ... du liebst den Kontakt mit Gästen und kannst dir nichts Schöneres vorstellen als einem Gast ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bereiten. Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung an der Hotelrezeption und sprichst neben Englisch und Deutsch idealerweise auch noch weitere Sprachen wie Spanisch und/oder Französisch.

    Deine Aufgaben
    • Late Check-ins / Early Check-outs unserer internationalen Gästen
    • Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses
    • Betreuen der nächtlichen Gäste am Front Office Bereich und im Regency Club
    • Professionelles Beschwerdehandling
    • Anlegen von Gastkonten, deren Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Gästeregistration unter der Berücksichtigung des Meldewesens
    • Vorbereitung der Gruppenanreisen
    • Verbuchung der Leistungen der Hotelgäste sowie die Verwaltung der Einzelbelege
    • Verantwortung für die Nachtruhe
    • Nächtliche Kontrollrundgänge
    • Vorbereitung von Gruppenanreisen
