About e-domizil:

The e-domizil company group successfully rents out primarily privately owned vacation rentals for more than 25 years.

Under the "atraveo by e-domizil" brand we support the hosts of over 40,000 holiday homes in Europe in almost all aspects of the rental process.

We offer both hosts and guests comprehensive services that help make the rental process easier and create positive travel experiences.

Your future contribution:


How you'll add value:


  • Lead the development and execution of supply acquisition strategies and initiatives, and oversee efforts on the host side.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and benchmarks of existing supply to identify opportunities for supply development.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and supervising all supply initiatives on the host side in accordance with the senior management.
  • Handson approach to acquisition efforts, ensuring active involvement and effective execution.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hosts, local agencies, and partners to obtain the necessary support and resources to plan, launch, and run programs

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills; Ability to make datadriven recommendations and decisions based on experience.
  • Proven experience in leading sales, operations, and ontheground teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of articulating a vision, strategy, or idea clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving startup environment and effectively manage multiple initiatives.
  • Has a high level of proficiency in written and verbal German and English. Additional language skills are a plus
