    Wir von Farmy haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, den Schweizer Lebensmittelmarkt zu revolutionieren Seit 2014 entwickelt sich unser Online-Markt von der Idee des Geschäftsmodells zu einem mehrfach preisgekrönten und solide aufgestellten E-Commerce-Unternehmen, welches vor allem Bio- und regional produzierte Lebensmittel, aber auch alles andere für den Wocheneinkauf von unvergleichlicher Frische und Qualität per Mausklick bequem nach Hause liefert – schweizweit.

    Unser Team besteht aktuell aus über 80 talentierten Persönlichkeiten, die sich mit viel Herz, Hirn und Hand den Herausforderungen des Alltags im Online-Lebensmittelhandel stellen.

    Aufgaben


    Als Head of Purchasing verantwortest den operativen sowie strategischen Einkauf, definierst zusammen mit der Geschäftsleitung die Strategie in allen Produkt-Kategorien und bist mit deinem Team für über 12'000 Produkte von mehr als 1'500 authentischen Produzenten zuständig:

    • Du leitest und führst ein interdisziplinäres Team aus 8 Mitarbeitenden, planst und steuerst die Team-KPIs und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Zielerreichung
    • Du definierst die strategische und operative Gestaltung der einzelnen Kategorien, basierend auf Farmy's Werten und Kundenbedürfnissen
    • Als Teil vom Management Team führst du Prozessoptimierungen mit den Verantwortlichen von Operations, Logistik sowie dem Kundendienst entlang der gesamten Supply Chain durch
    • Du steuerst die Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Produzenten- und Lieferanten-Netzwerkes inklusive Selektion neuer Produzenten
    • Du bist für die Kontrolle der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie das monatliche Reporting der Einkaufs-Abteilung zuständig
    • Du arbeitest eng mit der Marketing Abteilung zur Erstellung von Marketing-Kampagnen sowie der Erarbeitung von Produzenten-Promotionen zusammen
    • Du verantwortest das wöchentliche Produktshooting, die Bildbearbeitung sowie die Content Erstellung für neue Produkte im Webshop
    • Du bist die Schnittstelle zur firmeninternen IT-Abteilung für einkaufsrelevante Themen
    • Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement und führst externe Label-Audits durch

    Qualifikation


    Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkaufsprofi mit ehrlichem Interesse an nachhaltigen und regionalen Lebensmitteln.

    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Einkauf im Lebensmittel-Detailhandel
    • Durchsetzungsvermögen, sehr großes Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken
    • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Beschaffung, Agrarwissenschaften, Marketing, nachhaltige Entwicklung, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Hotellerie/Gastronomie
    • Analytische Denkweise und sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen ("retail is detail")
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auch Französsisch
    • Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit Extra-Mile-Attitude
    • Food-Enthusiast
