    Responsibilities


    As our creativeHubspot website developer you'll take ownership of our company website and execute website optimization projects to improve website design, performance and overall experience. You'll be responsible for managing the technical aspects of and our subdomains, building and maintaining website pages and landing pages, and identifying technical areas of improvement.

    What do I need to bring with me?
    You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires.
    Here's what the team will be looking for in you:

    Expert in front-end technologies and experience with HubSpot CMS Hub, HUBL.

    Expertise in modular development of drag-and-drop templates for websites, landing pages, blogs and emails.

    Comfortable working with debugging tools and ability to understand CSS changes to ensure consistent style across different platforms and browsers.

    Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand the business requirements and user needs.

    Participate in design exercises like creating user personas, user journey mapping, usability testing

    Ensure consistent upholding of styling and brand value throughout the website

    Skills

    • Take ownership of your tasks and drive the website development with the CMO and marketing
    • Able to multi-task and produce quality work in a timely fashion.
    • Conduct usability tests and use the outcomes to influence website amendments

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years work experience in Web Development/Frontend
    • Experience with Hubspot and HUBL
    • Successfully delivered website projects end to end
    • Familiar with UX methodologies and design processes
    • Experience in developing for different devices, screen resolutions, responsiveness and integration environments to produce high quality website experiences
    • Thorough knowledge of Google Material Design
    • Good communication skills with fluency in English
    • Work permit in Switzerland, which is a given for citizens of EU and EFTA member states

      This role reports directly to the CMO - Chief marketing Officer
