About the role

You will be part of the Business Transformation & Integration department at Sygnum, which drives scalability and transformation from vision to execution.

Our website and client onboarding are the first impression towards the market and therefore need to provide a frictionless digital experience.

These channels play an immensely important role in representing the company and acting as a reference for all our other products.

As the Product Owner of website and client onboarding solution, you will drive the vision and work closely with multiple agile development teams to further drive, improve the digital experience and support Sygnum's international growth.

What we offer

Take product ownership for the client onboarding platform and Sygnum's global website to oversee these channels from design to development all the way to product launches
Continuously improve the user experience across frontend channels to streamline onboarding, navigation, and digital interaction
Streamline and enhance the onboarding process for new users, new geographies and new client segments by making it userfriendly, efficient and scalable
Lead the development and optimization of the company's website, ensuring it effectively communicates value propositions and serves as a valuable information hub
Fully understand the user requirements and related objectives, and shape the product clientcentric vision, scope, and strategy together with all relevant business teams such as Client Services, Banking Operations and Marketing
Lead the Scrum teams for client onboarding and the website, and work closely with the Product Manager
Have the ability to understand, brief and manage all related technical aspects of daytoday operations
Be the main contact for the external integration partners

What you offer

3+ years handson and proven expertise as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar is a must
You have experience in the financial services industry and / or management consulting, and are familiar with typical banking processes
Strong experience in requirements engineering and collaboration with technical teams
You can work effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical, operational, and business teams
You are a clear communicator and can articulate your thoughts in a structured way
Strong capability to convince and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
Analytical skills to ask the right questions, elicit, dissect, organize, translate, and cross reference requirements
Familiar with Agile Development (e.g. Scrum), JIRA and Confluence
Fluent in English
