- Developing and implementing a comprehensive retail channel strategy and roadmap, in line with our omnichannel strategy, targeted distribution mix, and business objectives
- Defining, implementing and periodically updating global retail operating processes, guidelines and manuals to drive consistency and elevate the Retail channel, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards.
- Ensuring the consistent implementation and proper execution of all Central guidelines in markets across the retail landscape in accordance with defined standards through trade & retail communities/systems.
- Driving operational Retail Excellence and Digitalization, by reducing complexity and/or developing innovative opportunities to replicate wins, increase earnings, reduce costs and maximize effectiveness, and stimulate this innovation across markets..
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to fulfill the current and future requirements of the organization
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in FMCG, Fashion, Luxury with strong understanding of retail in wholistic approach
- Experience with managing the team of individuals and being able to inspire and coach them
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Package and experience working with SAP
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude, being able to work independently
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
