    Teamleiter technischer Einkauf % (w/m/div.)

    Die Beschaffung (Offerten-Einholung, Disposition, Einkauf) von Material und Komponenten für die
    laufende Produktion liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

    Zudem planst und steuerst du die lokale Produktion der ELPRO und bei Schlüssellieferanten.
    ˃
    Du bist für die Sicherstellung einer permanenten Lieferfähigkeit, einem optimalen Lagerbestand
    sowie dem globalen Vertragsmanagement mit Lieferanten verantwortlich.
    ˃
    Eine enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Teams der Produktion & Montage, Prozess-
    &
    Produktionsengineering und dem Vertrieb gehören für dich zum Alltag.
    ˃
    Das Risikomanagement in der Beschaffung liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Ausserdem bist du
    Ansprechpartner bei Kundenaudits für den Bereich Beschaffung.
    ˃
    Als Leitung des Teams bist du für die fachliche und personelle Führung von ca. 3 Personen
    verantwortlich, stellst die Stellvertretungen innerhalb der Abteilungen Supply Chain Management
    sicher und bist globaler Ansprechpartner für direkte und indirekte Beschaffung.
    Das bringst Du mit
    ˃
    Ausbildung: Technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischen Erfahrungen oder kaufmännische
    Grundausbildung mit technischem Flair und Erfahrungen im Einkauf und der Produktionsplanung
    ˃
    Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit guten
    Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
    ˃
    Erfahrung und Know-How: Mehrjährige
    Erfahrung im Einkauf und der Produktionsplanung.
    Führungserfahrung von Vorteil. Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen
    ˃
    Begeisterung: Freude am Kontakt mit Lieferanten und prozessorientiertem Denken
    ˃
    Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
