- Cooperation with Product Line Supply Chain Managers and Order Material Managers to determine and ensure supply needs
- Requirements and tender planning for the respective projects (offering / RFQ)
- Execution of orders, from the evaluation of offers to the ordering process
- Check of offers and order confirmations
- Creation of Supply Chain Concept and initial orders for their projects
- Planning of FAI in operation plan if requested by BU/Sales
- ISIR orders (EMP) incl. technical approval
- Creation and maintenance of master data (prototype to series) and operational plans for serial business
- Responsibility for variance orders (AWA Process)
- Communication, coordination and negotiation with existing and future suppliers involved in the project
- Support in forecasting for planning future orders
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of materials management, operational and/or project purchasing in a cyclical industry such as semiconductor technology or similar
- An excellent technical training as a process specialist / technician or similar whereby a further degree in economics is of advantage
- Sociable, team-oriented and communicative personality
- You like to work in a team and subordinate yourself to the team spirit
- You are flexible and can get involved in new requirements at any time
- You pursue pragmatic approaches and proceed in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner
- A high resilience, confident appearance and adequate assertiveness
- Good ERP/MRP skills (MS Dynamics 365, SAP, PSS etc.)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
