FPT Motorenforschung AG in Arbon has around 250 highly qualified employees

working with commitment and acknowledged success. As the main innovation center for

FPT Industrial, the site is involved in developing future powertrain solutions (not only in

electrified powertrains, hybrids and fuel cells, but also novel engines concepts and

alternative fuels) and is therefore at the forefront of a transition towards a future of

alternative propulsion systems.

We would like to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Team_ _**Leader Testing Services Electrification

Your tasks

  • Leading of the Testing Services Electrification group in all technical, commercial
(OPEX budget) and personnel aspects.

  • Coordination of Ebench testing activities (battery, module, cell, Edriveline, fuel
cells) to guarantee milestones and taking care of the correct accounting to

development projects.

  • Coordination and supervision of the battery prototype assembly shop to
guarantee high quality of the specimens used for bench and vehicle testing.

equipment to be compliant with WW legislation such as R100, R10, etc.

  • Data postprocessing and analysis together with our post processing team.
  • Development and continuous improvement of internal functional, endurance and
end of line test procedures together with the engineering team.

  • Make sure that well known ISO, IATF and internal company standards are
applied.

  • Driving force behind the investments for the electrification testing infrastructure
to support the project manager for CAPEX.

Your profile

  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Physics**
  • Postgraduate (CAS, DAS, MAS) degree in management and business
administration would be an asset.

  • 5 years of working experience, of which 3 years' experience in testing operation,
leading projects and people.

  • Good knowledge of German and English (ELP level C1 spoken and written)
  • Clarity and objectivity in reporting, high skills in communication and presentation
  • High skills in capacity planning, organization and project management
  • Expert knowledge in assembly of specimens (UUT) and testing operation.
  • Basic expertise from different disciplines e.g. UUT descriptions in ASAM
  • ODS
  • DB, functional & endurance testing procedures, to be able to translate customer
needs into concepts and solutions.

  • Basic expertise in ISO / IATF standards.
  • Analytical, structured and independent approach to work.
  • Teamminded
  • Proactive personality and high selforganization skills
  • Knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Available for national and international travel (up to 10%)
