    System Monitoring and Control (SMC) est une activité essentielle pour assurer une prestation sûre et efficace de nos services de gestion du trafic aérien. Les SMC aident nos clients opérationnels à comprendre l'état général des services techniques et leur permettent de fournir les services de Skyguide en conséquence. Les SMC ne se contentent pas de diagnostiquer en permanence la situation, ils conseillent, préviennent, corrigent et signalent. Les SMC contribuent également à faire en sorte que les modifications du paysage technique soient mises en œuvre de manière harmonieuse, efficace et sûre.

  • Assurer la surveillance 24/7/365 des systèmes Air Traffic Management (ATM), Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) and Communication/Navigation/Surveillance (CNS) afin de détecter les écarts par rapport aux valeurs nominales
  • Soutenir les clients opérationnels en leur fournissant un état complet et actualisé des services techniques et des conseils avisés - gérer toute dégradation de l'équipement technique et la communiquer de manière appropriée aux parties prenantes
  • Responsable du contrôle et de la coordination de toutes les activités de maintenance et d'intervention - mener des actions préventives et d'atténuation pour réduire le risque de dégradation du service
  • Initier le traitement et le diagnostic des incidents, effectuer le 1er niveau de maintenance corrective selon les procédures prédéfinies et remonter le cas échéant
  • Diplôme technique ou licence professionnelle
  • Une expérience dans un environnement 24/7 dans une configuration de service desk est un avantage
  • Volonté de suivre des formations pour obtenir une certification ATSEP (Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel) afin de se conformer aux règles de sécurité
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement hautement réglementé et critique pour la sécurité, et à s'acquitter de tâches dans des situations stressantes et complexes
  • Bon communicateur pour interagir avec les parties prenantes opérationnelles d'une manière compréhensible
  • Compétences linguistiques: français C1, anglais minimum B2 (condition pour la certification ATSEP). Une bonne connaissance d'une deuxième langue nationale est un avantage
