    Job Description:
    • Analyze account opening documentation in compliance with relevant regulations (CDB, AMLA, AMLO, FINMA, QI-FATCA, CRS, FINSA).
    • Ensure accurate processing of client relationships in the core banking system.
    • Conduct second-level controls on scanning and archiving documentation.
    • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, particularly in Onboarding/Due Diligence processes.
    • Monitor AML activities including handling name screening and transactional alerts.
    • Perform second-level controls for various tasks, ensuring proper documentation and liaising with Private Bankers.
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance and departmental staff.
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven compliance, legal, or regulatory experience in the financial services industry, ideally in private banking.
    • Fluent in French and English.
    • Arabic reading ability is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with the banking system is preferred.
    • Demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
    • Capable of working effectively and as part of a team.
    • Possesses excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively in an international environment.
    • Proficiency in banking IT systems, particularly S2i, Pythagoras, or Transaction Screening Services, is a plus.
