    Wir suchen einen Assistant Purchasing Manager für unser Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich Team.

    Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, im Hauptgeschäftszentrum, in der Nähe der Freizeitattraktionen der Stadt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Ufer des Zürichsees entfernt. Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge. Das Hotel ist mit seinen neu renovierten Veranstaltungseinrichtungen, einschließlich eines großen historischen Ballsaals, ideal für Meetings und Veranstaltungen geeignet.

    Als Assistant Purchasing Manager:in werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:

    • Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Purchasing Manager
    • Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Identifizierung des Einkaufsbedarfs
    • Verfolgung von Bestellungen und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Lieferung
    • Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen bei den Lieferanten, um diese zu bestätigen oder zu ändern
    • Aktualisierung interner Datenbanken mit Auftragsdetails (Daten, Lieferanten, Mengen, Rabatte)
    • Durchführung von Marktforschung zur Identifizierung von Preistrends
    • Bewertung von Angeboten von Lieferanten und Aushandlung besserer Preise
    • Recherche und Wahl von Lieferanten zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität, Senkung der Betriebskosten und Bestandsverwaltung
    • Erstellung von Kostenanalysen
    • Aktualisierung der Unterlagen von Rechnungen und Verträgen
    • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personal im Wareneingang und im Lager, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Produkte in einwandfreiem Zustand ankommen, und Vergleich der Lieferungen mit den Bestellungen zur Identifizierung von Diskrepanzen

    Als Assistant Purchasing Manager:in erwarten wir von Ihnen:

    • Frühere Erfahrungen im Hoteleinkauf bevorzugt
    • Kenntnisse des HACCP-Standards
    • Praktische Erfahrung mit Einkaufssoftware und Computerkenntnisse erforderlich
    • Starke kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
    • Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
