Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for
S/4HANA Procurement Expert. This is a 06-month contract based in Zürich.


Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business users to understand and gather requirements for the P2P (Procurement) processes.
  • Analyze and map business requirements with S/4HANA P2P features to define the bestfit solutions.
  • Lead the design and solutioning efforts for the P2P solution, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and existing modules (Finance, Controlling, Sales, and Logistics).
  • Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA P2P functionalities, including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of the new processes with the existing system landscape.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of the designed P2P solution.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues related to the P2P implementation and propose mitigation strategies.

Your skills:


  • Extensive experience and expertise in S/4HANA Procurement modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Previous experience in global design and solutioning for S/4HANA transformations, with a focus on Procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced project environment.
  • Proficiency in both French and English languages (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Home office is possible on a parttime basis, approximately 50% of the time, depending on project requirements.
