Could you be the full-time Logistic and Assistant Tracking Engineer in Zuerich we're looking for?Your future role:
You'll specifically handle the development and introduction of boogies products in the shopfloor. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business such as quality, purchasing and engineering departments.
You'll specifically take care of procurement tasks and assistant supporting engineering task:
We'll look to you for:
- Execute purchase orders for traction Zürich mainly CON eng
- Ensure timely execution and issues of POs
- Buyer for prototype material
- Ensure tracking of deliveries and billing
- Ensure flawless material flow
- Ensure continuous optimizing admin tasks
- Ensure engineering documents are up to date
- Support line management in leadership tasks
- Support organizing and maintaining databases
- Support audits with preparation/updating of required documents
- Support and create local presentations and overviews
- Good selforganization and priority setting
- Support planning and finance in projects on request
- Support employees within Traction engineering for admin tasks
- Support organizing and maintaining databases
- Support for reporting (KPI)
- Support organization for workshop, meetings, visits
- Support updating QA-Portal
- Support local communication
- Support line management in leadership tasks
- Support planning and finance in projects on request
- Support external communication
- Deputy for other assistant colleagues within traction engineering

- Degree in Business School
- Commercial background (in purchasing or HR)
- Experience or understanding of ERP tools,, Microsoft tooling
- Preferably additional knowledge of procurement
- German and English fluency is required, French is desirable
- MS-Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, SAP
