- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Managing budgeting, forecasting/planning and cost control.
- Preparing management reports on cashflow, identify reasons for deviations, and propose preliminary recommendations for management review.
- Maintaining all areas of bookkeeping, including payables, receivables, banking, credit cards, and bank and suppliers' reconciliations.
- Performing periodic filings independently to Swiss tax authorities, including VAT, income tax, and social security.
- Managing the preparation of the local payroll.
- Preparation of statutory reporting and external audit
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in financial functions, such as accounting, external auditing, finance controlling and financial reporting
- Business administration training (Bachelor's level, specialising in accounting or finance or KV with corresponding further training in accounting/finance)
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Experience within the consumer based, FMCG or retail industries
- Very good knowledge of French and English (additional languages including German an advantage)
