Senior Accountant
Vos responsabilités
Gérer la comptabilité générale ainsi que les immobilisations, la réconciliation des interco en assurant une communication efficace avec les filiales du Groupe.
Etablir les clôtures mensuelles et les rapports pour le groupe, garantissant ainsi la transparence et la précision des données financières.
Superviser les audits internes et externes pour assurer la conformité et la qualité des procédures comptables.
Préparer les rapports statistiques requis par les autorités (BNS, OFS)
Analyser et résoudre les problèmes financiers ou comptables de manière proactive, assurant la stabilité et la santé financière de l'entreprise.
Encadrer et superviser l'équipe comptable, favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et productif.
Contribuer à l'élaboration des budgets et à la gestion des coûts, en apportant une expertise financière précieuse
Participer activement à divers projets d'optimisation et d'automatisation, contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration continue des processus et des performances de l'entreprise.
Vos compétences
Brevet Fédéral de Comptabilité ou titre jugé équivalent
Expérience de plusieurs années dans le management d'équipe
Approche « terrain », capacité à faire évoluer son environnement de travail et à être force de proposition.
Personne pro-active, rigoureuse et fiable
Excellente organisation, bon esprit d'équipe, intégrité, efficacité et autonomie.
Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais
Très bonnes connaissances d'Excel
Très bonne maitrise de SAP
Entrée en service : A convenir
