    ​Zur Verstärkung unseres Group Accounting und Reporting Teams am Standort Härkingen suchen wir:

    Senior Group Accountant Specialist (SAP)
    (m/w/d)

    Die Stelle als Senior Group Accountant Specialist eröffnet dir die Chance, massgeblich zur Gestaltung der Accounting-Landschaft einer internationalen Gruppe beizutragen. In deiner Rolle als Group Key User SAP FI spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem weltweiten SAP-Rollout-Projekt. Dabei unterstützt du nicht nur die lokalen Buchhalter mit deinem umfassenden SAP-Knowhow, sondern trägst auch dazu bei, das Group Finance-Team mit deinem fundierten Accounting-Wissen zu stärken.

    DEINE AUFGABEN

    • Verantwortlich für den korrekten Rollout aller FI-Prozesse im laufenden SAP-Erweiterungsprojekt
    • Fachliche Führung eines Mitarbeiters im SAP-Erweiterungsprojekt
    • Verantwortlich für die laufende Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Tools im Bereich Accounting inkl. Umsetzung
    • Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften bei SAP FI Fragen als Group Key User
    • Verantwortlich für die Schulung der Konzerngesellschaften und «Best Practice Sharing» im Bereich Accounting und Reporting
    • Unterstützung beim Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Financial Guidelines der Gruppe
    • Laufende Aktualisierung der Anleitungen und Checklisten für die Accounting Prozesse

    DEIN PROFIL

    • FH oder Uni Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Dipl. Expertin/Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
    • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position als SAP Key User in einem internationalen Konzern
    • Vertiefte SAP FI-Kenntnisse sowie gutes Verständnis der übrigen Module
    • Erfahrung mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards oder Swiss GAAP FER
    • Kenntnisse von BI Tools und/oder Konsolidierungstools von Vorteil
    • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Analytische Denkweise kombiniert mit Zahlenflair
    • Durchsetzungsstark, belastbar, Teamplayer
