- Hold a master's or bachelor's degree (university or university of applied sciences) or a certificate in fiduciary/finance and accounting.
- Qualified auditor or certified audit expert.
- Demonstrate innovation, motivation, and a team
- Exhibit a thirst for knowledge, curiosity, flexibility, and highquality standards.
- Ready to take on responsibility from the outset and thrive in an environment with an active coaching culture.
- Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of other national languages would be advantageous.
