- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Produktion, Abfüllung und Technik
- Als Verantwortlicher für Lean Management am Standort Rhäzüns kompetent für die Umsetzung und zur stetigen Optimierung beitragen
- Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben gemäss LOTO und HACCP Konzept
- Projekte in den Bereichen Lean Management, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz, Investitionen und Verfahrensanpassungen verantworten – innerhalb Feldschlösschen sowie auch Carlsberg
- Das Leistungskennzahlensystem pflegen und weiterentwickeln
- Stellvertretung des Leiter Abfüllung
- Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie/Brauwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelrichtlinien wie HACCP sowie erste Berufserfahrung als Process Engineer von Vorteil
- Interesse an modernen Produktionsmanagement-Methoden wie Lean Management, KVP, Kaizen, 5S
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit moderner Verfahrenstechnik und Prozessleitsystemen in der Lebensmittelbranche (idealerweise Proleit)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP-Systemen
- Teamorientierung mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich
