Intern Competitive Analysis Hydrogen (gn) 100% for 6 months
Your Responsibilities

  • You will do literature and internet research on competitive technologies to water electrolysis to produce hydrogen, such as: plasma pyrolysis, solar pyrolysis, oxidative steam reforming of biogas, etc.
  • You will extend the research conducting interviews on coating technologies relevant for water electrolysis, such as: EP (Electro plating), PVD, CVD, thermal spray, screen printing, tape casting, ALD, etc.
  • You will analyze pros, cons, prerequisites, boundary conditions for each of the technologies with respect to hydrogen production and to coatings for water electrolysis
  • You will do a compilation of LCOH (levelized cost of hydrogen) as well as of the projected coating cost (CHF/m2) for the current year and for the next 510 years
  • You will create a portfolio visualization of all technologies including water electrolysis and all coating technologies
Your Profile

  • You are currently in a Bachelor or Master's Degree in process engineering, physics, chemistry, material sciences, life science or similar (a valid matriculation is required)
  • Distinct flair and interest for process technologies
  • Good knowledge of the English language; German skills is a plus
  • Strong skills to structure complex data easy to understand
  • Result oriented, communicative, strong team player
