R&D Project Coodinator (gn)
Your Responsibilities

Project support from ideation to life cycle management
Project administration in IT systems (e.g., SAP, ProPlan, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Support in preparation of reports for Senior Management
Project scheduling and time management of resources
Manage the coordination with internal functions (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, etc.) and external parties
Develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders (e.g., product lines, regions, etc.)
Preparation of quotes according to company specifications

Your Profile

Commercial or technical education/Bachelor
Proficiency in the management of projects and processes in a matrix organization
Experienced with managing ambiguous processes and pushing projects in an industrial environment
IT proficiency (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
Smooth and cooperative interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent German, very good English skills, any further language beneficial
