- Work with the markets analysing their specific commercial needs, to ensure CRM solution enabling the success of the Global Commercial program, and finally impact positively commercial activities in 140+ countries
- Be the functional partner to the CRM cross-team of Commercial SME, Process, Product and Change Management professionals to ensure proper CRM Commercial solution implementation (time and quality)
- Co-lead workshops with each agencies to define their specific functional needs
- Manage post go live sessions to discover solution evolutions, execute specific business & solution deep dive & identify out of the box solutions based on Dynamics opportunities
- Support where needed Change Management team in their regular engagement with agency project stakeholders, to ensure alignment and constant buy-in of the designed way of working
- Degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar
- Min. 4 years relevant experience in a similar or related roles ( CRM business implementation roles, shipping customer support processes)
- Min. 3 years of qualified experience with CRM implementations
- Top notch communication skills and business intuit, to ensure alignment and buy-in form all the involved stakeholders
- Experience in tier-1 consulting firms (nice to have)
- Experience in the Logistic / Shipping Industry (nice to have)
- Proficiency in English
