You will advocate for internal business operations and operational excellence, working with focus on finance and administration sectors.

You will report to the Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Tracking. The workplace is located in our Geneva office.


Job Description:


  • Support the CEO and Dentsu Tracking Senior Management in the annual planning and day today management of internal business operations with focus on finance and administration sectors
  • Provide and often lead a full range of confidential / sensitive support activities
  • Help develop and implement administrative standards and procedures
  • Prepare complex reports, presentations, agendas, correspondence
  • Be a first contact for all external queries and manage communications as appropriate
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and complex business travel
  • Collect and analyze financial information to support commercial decisionmaking
  • Support Dentsu Tracking Senior Management in the development of budget, forecast and business cases
  • Manage the production of internal financial reports
  • Monitor causes of cost and revenue variances between actual expenditure vs. forecast/budget, highlighting issues and margin impact
  • Manage financial execution and contract to cash process
  • Manage with Finance the issuance of Customer invoices, ensure their payment on time, and manage the DSO
  • Oversee with Finance the payment of Supplier invoices
  • Participate in tender bid team activities, including pitches for new business and preparing bid responses, driving appropriate commercial terms, pricing and profitability
  • Facilitate processled workshops and working sessions with market company partners
  • Coordinate work activities with the internal support departments (Finance, Legal, HR)

Qualifications:


  • You have around years of experience in a financial, operational, or business administration field
  • You hold a university diploma, an MBA is of advantage
  • You are experienced in finances, and have a solid knowledge of IFRS
  • You present leadership skillset
  • You act in an autonomous manner, have a sense of accountability
  • You are committed to results and have a dedication to quality
  • You are a fluent speaker of English and French
