    • Lead of the team Complaint Management
    • Ensure handling, organization, coordination, documentation and reporting of complaints.
    • Responsible also for of Post Market Surveillance and Vigilance activities for medical devices.
    • Handling, coordination and documentation of Corrections (warehouse checks, block of possibly affected stock, organization of rework etc.)
    • Support other medmix sites in regards of quality issues
    • Reporting: set up of 8D reports; reporting and escalation of complaints to the management; periodic quality KPI reporting, trending, and information for the management reviews
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in regards to ISO9001, ISO13485 and MDR, especially regarding Complaint Handling, Vigilance and CAPA
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations relating to environmental protection, occupational safety, health protection and fire prevention
    • Additional tasks: support CAPA- and other activities (as p.ex. Audit findings)
    • Degree in Engineering / or Life Sciences
    • Professional experience in a similar role, incl. complaint handling, CAPA and vigilance
    • Knowledge of Quality Management and Regulations (ISO9001, ISO13485, MDR)
    • Knowledge on 8D Process
    • English and German are required (strong communication, verbal and written)
