    Die Scintilla AG ist weltweit verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Fertigung, Marketing und Vertriebskoordination des Zubehörs für Elektrowerkzeuge für Handwerk, Industrie und Heimwerk.

    Stellenbeschreibung

    Als JMP im Bereich Commercial lernst du 4-6 verschiedene kaufmännischen Bereiche kennen – angefangen beim Strategy & Business Development bis hin zum Purchasing oder Controlling. Du unterstützt aktiv im Alltagsgeschäft und kannst Dein Können bei diversen internationalen Projekten unter Beweis stellen. In 24 Monaten legen wir gemeinsam den Grundstein für Deine Zukunft bei Bosch.

  • Entscheide selbst, welcher Einstiegstermin für dich am besten ist und wann dein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag beginnt.
  • Das Programm ermöglicht eine individuelle Gestaltung.
  • Lerne Bosch während einer Station im Ausland kennen.
  • Ergänze deine praktischen Erfahrungen durch vielfältige Lern- und Trainingsmethoden.
  • Profitiere vom Netzwerk und den Erfahrungen deines persönlichen Mentors auf Managementebene.

    • Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildungen: Überdurchschnittlich guter Masterabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität, unternehmerische und kreative Denkweise, gute Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrungen: Erste Berufserfahrung (Praktika, Werkstudentenjobs) in den Bereichen Controlling, Purchasing oder Business Development , internationale Erfahrungen (mindestens einen mehrmonatigen Auslandsaufenthalt)
  • Begeisterung: Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse, zusätzliche Sprachen sind ein Plus
