- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts im Spa- und Fitnessbereich
- Empfang, Beratung und Betreuung der Gäste
- Entgegennahme von Reservierungen via Telefon und E-Mail
- Bearbeitung der Gästekorrespondenz sowie Unterstützung bei Bürotätigkeiten
- Kontrollrundgänge im Spa sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung- und Sauberkeitssicherstellung
- Proaktiver Verkauf von Spa-Behandlungen und Produkten sowie Mitgliedschaften
- Mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung der Mitgliedschaften
- Durchführung von Inventuren und Bestellungen von Produkten
- Teilnahme an diversen Meetings (Management-, OPS-, Marketingmeetings etc.)
- Administrator/in bei der Software TAC
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freude an einer kompetenten und qualitativ hochstehenden Gästebetreuung
- Vernetztes Denken und Handeln sowie selbstständige und saubere Arbeitsweise
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verkaufstalent
- Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten sowie Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
