- Vente de nos produits pour les soins de plaie, conseils individuels et professionnels aux clients sur les questions relatives aux produits et au traitement des plaies. Aussi bien chez le client, virtuellement (MS Teams) que par téléphone.
- Collaboration étroite avec le marketing on-line et off-line et suivi des contacts générés par ce support marketing.
- Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires en mettant en œuvre la stratégie de vente et les mesures de marketing dans la région de la Suisse romande.
- Suivi des clients existants et acquisition de nouveaux clients.
- Mise en place et entretiens actifs d'une gestion professionnelle des relations avec les clients, les décideurs et les leaders d'opinion.
- Organisation et réalisation de formations continues, participation à des congrès et à des réunions d'équipe.
- Gestion et développement stratégiques et ciblés de votre zone de vente, y compris l'observation et l'analyse des marchés et des concurrents.
- Mise en œuvre de la stratégie de vente et de marketing dans la région.
- Elaboration d'analyses et de rapports spécifiques du secteur à l'aide de nos outils de marketing et de vente.
- Collaboration avec d'autres intervenants au sein de l'organisation, par exemple le service interne.
- Vous disposez d'une formation paramédicale reconnue, par exemple infirmier/ère.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le domaine du traitement des plaies et avez idéalement suivi une formation complémentaire d'expert(e) en plaies.
- Vous avez déjà plusieurs années d'expérience de vente dans le domaine de la technique médicale, idéalement dans la région annoncée (ce n'est pas une obligation).
- Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les logiciels MS Office courants, idéalement vous avez déjà de l'expérience avec les entretiens virtuels avec les clients, vous avez la capacité de vous familiariser rapidement avec les systèmes informatiques et CRM.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'allemand ; l'italien et l'anglais sont un avantage.
- Vous êtes familiarisé(e) avec les structures et les évolutions du marché de la santé en Suisse et vous pouvez mettre activement à profit les connaissances correspondantes.
- Vous avez une forte personnalité accessible et grâce à vos compétences professionnelles vous pouvez établir et développer de solides relations avec les clients.
- Vous disposez d'une grande motivation personnelle, vous travaillez de manière autonome et êtes extrêmement fiable.
